Hudson 8th grade students will have a wonderful, educational trip in our Nation's Capitol!
The tour will depart Tuesday, October 14th at 6:30am and return Thursday, October 16th at approx. 5:30-6pm.
Tour Price Per Student:
$505.00 (4 per room)
* Includes Barons Bus Lines motorcoach transportation (40 students minimum per motorcoach, maximum is 44), 2 nights lodging at the Hilton Washington Dulles Hotel, 6 meals; 1 Tuesday, 3 Wednesday, 2 Thursday, Bowlero Dinner including bowling and arcade card, 1 custom hoodie pp, Private Hotel Security, a Traveling Classrooms Tour Manager on each Motorcoach, all taxes & gratuities…no hidden fees!
*Chaperones are Hudson School Staff and ratio is 1 adult per every 10-12 students.

-8 Barons Bus Lines 56 Passenger Motorcoaches (WIFI and Electrical Outlet Equipped) arrive 6am, Depart 6:30am
-Restroom Stop Enroute (Oakmont Plaza, Pa. Turnpike)
-Lunch /Restroom I-70 South Mountain Area (group brings their own sack lunch/ bottled water provided)
-Arrive Udvar-Hazey Air/Space Smithsonian 1:30pm (See Space Shuttle Discovery!) -Depart 2:30pm
-Arrive US Army Museum 3:15pm
-Depart 4:30pm
-Arrive Bowlero 5:00pm (Celebrity Package: Buffet Dinner, 2 hours bowling, $10 arcade card -20 credits package)
-Check-In Hilton Washington Dulles Hotel Herndon, Va. 7:30pm (703-478-2900)
-Room Check & Goodnight 10pm-6am, Private Group Security (2 guards confirmed)
WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 15
-Hot Buffet Breakfast At Hotel 7am
-Depart Hotel by 8am (Boys Begin 7am, Girls Begin 7:15am)
-FDR, MLK, Jefferson Memorials 9-10:45am (Buses 1-4 Unload at Jefferson load at MLK, Buses 5-8 Unload at MLK, Load at Jefferson)
-Capitol Building 11am-1pm (Capitol Tours , Timed Tkts Tba, Lunch at Capitol Café with lunch vouchers before/after tours)
-Smithsonian Flex Time Sightseeing on the Mall:1-5:00pm (Chaperone/students groups select sightseeing locations; available buildings include American History, Natural History, African-American Smithsonians, Holocaust, Archives. Timed tickets for Holocaust & African American Smithsonian; buses to determine drop-off points)
-Dinner at Reagan Commerce Building Food Court 5:15pm * All Groups Meet Tour Managers for Meal Vouchers
-Load Buses at 6:15pm * Reagan Commerce Center
-White House 6:30pm * Outside Only (Penn. Ave- Lafayette Park)
