My daughter enjoyed the trip. The only issue we ran into was that I had paid over the amount the trip ended up being and I’ve tried to reach out to get my overpayment back but I’m not getting any communication from travel classrooms.

Overall my son enjoyed the trip. He did say that the guide provided by Traveling Classrooms was not very friendly or patient with the students. He said it seemed like she didn’t want to be on the trip with them. So a more outgoing, energetic person may have been a better fit for this age group. Also, I don't feel that the dinner change from House of Blues to the dull party room of a different restaurant was an equal exchange of experience/atmosphere, especially considering that meal was listed as a highlight of the trip, with all other meals being hotel breakfast and food courts.

Terrible terrible customer service. I over paid on my final balance via check (because I didn’t have a final price) and requested a refund. After multiple emails, I was told refunds would be sent out after the kids went on the trip. That hasn’t happened. It’s been over a month. I’ve sent weekly emails to Mr Jackson and even on their website and have had no response and no refund. I’m really disappointed about the terrible communication. My daughter did have fun on the trip. She did say, after seeing pictures, the other groups saw things she didn’t.

My daughter enjoyed the trip but felt rushed at most landmarks. Also, we overpaid due to an error with the online invoicing. We were notified we would receive a refund for said overpayment but have yet to receive it. Extremely frustrated about the situation. Very unprofessional.

My son had a great time. Everyone was very nice and friendly.
